Participant agrees to terms and conditions when registering for the programs. You are agreeing to a contract —You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the services from Body By Sid. You are responsible for payment and accepted payment methods. Please remember you are committing and promising to pay for a six month or 1-year contract agreement with Body By Sid. Billing schedule date is established on the day of registration. You then will be billed, based on your payment option, on that day, thereafter. There is a $50 late fee for all late payments.  $300 cancellation fee.
