Participant agrees to terms and conditions when registering for the six (6) month or 12-month programs. Payment denotes your acceptance of terms and agreements. No cancellations, No drop outs. Participant will be responsible and required to uphold the contract agreement once signed/paid; whether it be six months, one year or longer.  Weekly/Monthly billing schedule date is established on the day of registration. You will be billed weekly or monthly on that day, thereafter.
