Why Should You Choose Body By Sid?  

 

I have been in the fitness business since the early 1980′s.  My how time flies! I stopped bootleg teaching and I got officially certified in 2002 and the rest of the story has changed my life completely-wow!  I am now an author, have done TV commercials, workout DVD’s, have been  featured at many Columbus, Ohio, Health Fairs and/or events, held lectures and many other interesting things.  Oh and again, I love dogs!  I do alot in the community, too.  Not only does living fitness keep me busy, but I am a also a religious sign language interpreter. Well, what makes me unique is that I add the personal touch to my fitness training and boot camps. It is important that I take the time to understand my clients needs, behavior and challenges that they may face. I have a strong passion for what I do. I also recognize that my talent is truly a gift from God; and I am on assignment to share it with everyone who desires a healthy lifestyle change. If you are having second thoughts by telling yourself that any form of exercise sounds too intense for you,you’ve never exercised before, or you may think that you are totally out of shape and doubt if you can do it, much less keep up with the exercises or everyone else…well, let me share with you the great news… “YES YOU CAN!” You will hear that phrase many times in my exercise programs and personal training sessions.  I believe in providing the utmost support to my personal training clients, group exercise and boot camp participants.  No, exercise is not easy, but when we work together, we can reach the goal one rep at a time.

How Much Does It Cost?

I think this is the question most people ask!!
To see results; three or more days of training is recommended. My plan is based on two to three days(or more) of training.

Individual Rate Plan:

(two day per week minimum)

$75 per hour

$80 for two/couple per hour

$85 three people per hour

Group Rate Plan:
