I think this is the question most people ask!!               
"How much does it cost"? To see results; three or      
more days of training is recommended.  My plan is     
based on two to three days (or more) of training.  

Individual Rate Plan:  (two day per week minimum)
$35 per hour  
$60 for two/couple per hour   
$75 three people per hour


Group Rate Plan: (based on class size. Price incr. 12/15/09)
Class two/three days per week classes run for         
eight (8) weeks.
5-20 ppl     $100 per class
21-30         $150 per class



Ala Carte Services:  (without Trainer)
Meal Plan & Consultation:  $60  
Meal Plan & Six Week Exercise Program:  $105
Six Week Exercise Program only:  $75

Payments for Individual training can be made             
weekly, monthly or in full.  If paid in full, a 10%            
discount applies.
Payments for group classes must be paid in               
advance.
Ala Carte Services paid in advance.

*Based on availability of facility.   Contracts will be signed by all            
parties.   Specialized classes can be created to meet your  needs.
